Raw features superstars such as Razor Ramon, Owen Hart and Marty Jannetty while WCW presents The Dungeon of Doom, Sabu and Disco Inferno to name a few. With Nitro being broadcasted live on TNT while Raw presents a taped show, will WCW win yet another week?

Raw vs Nitro "Reliving The War": Episode 8 - 30th Oct 1995
633 Shikime 65 mijë
8:56 - Hendrix 2024!
Eddie seriously one of the best of all-time.
Those were some well written writs!
11:29 @Wrestling Bios this is wrestling explantions ARE NEVER GIVEN ANYMORE! Explanation? Explanation be damed!
HAHHAHAHAHAHAHAHA....omg, "Doc Hendrix looking like The President of the United States"...brilliant. As someone in the USA, I am so glad that clown...I MEAN WWE HALL OF FAMER...is out of office.
And they refuse to see the change in me!!
Gotta love the American Meals
Not sure where you were or how old you were but in 95 around this time every kid my age wanted karate fighters and we were all into this tournament that was going on. That Christmas many of us got our own karate fighters and would do battles with them all over playgrounds. See this was the time when Mortal Kombat the movie came out and these Karate Fighters perfectly capitalized on that success. Around the same time a spin off call spin fighters came out as well and WWF would actually produce their own spin fighters. I had a Bret Hart 1.
“We see doc Hendrix looking like the president of the United States” 😂😂😂 I needed to laugh that hard, thank you! 🙏
"It was all an elaborate scheme cooked up by 3 of the 4 horsemen" Yeah, Flair only had to get his ass kicked by Arn and Pillman for a few months so they could have the opportunity to beat up Sting! Something they could have just done at any time really... XD
funny how you say nobody cared about a match or segment? your just assuming that you don't know for 100% sure. I mean maybe new or younger viewers care about things most wrestling fans don't. now if you don't care for something that's cool everyone has opinion but don't speak for everyone else. and yes the Shark match was terrible.
The yeti rules.......... At humping
Lmao those poor people at the raw tapings they must have been there for hours. They had to have been paid. I keep seeing the same people in the crowd. And they go from happy to miserable to damn near sleep
love the drumpf jab there. well done my friend.
Lex Luger was a body builder with a great physique, never enjoyed any of his matches. Dubbed the next Hogan, it's unbelievable how much emphasis Vince placed on your size/height/muscle verses ring skill.
Up until this point in the episodes it looks like the only point Raw has is from the live show. All of their prerecorded shows lose to WCW's live events. It's clear they need to start doing live events
Nah man, RAW won this one purely due to Jim Cornett. Also, why not just NOT give a point if neither side is putting anything up that is worth a point?
Insane that Goldust and Savio are still going here in 2020!
Is Pillman wearing a WWF ring at 11:15? lol
LOL @ the dig of agent orange!
I dont like how you always seem to want every match to be a "competitive" match....sometimes squash matches make sense
That mask the king is wearing makes this seem new and not 25 years old considering what’s going on in the world today...he was ahead of his time....great video
I stumbled onto this page quite some time ago and I loved all your content. It brought me back to my childhood. I binged every video. I knew you were making this series so I let myself fall a few weeks behind and now I'm binging those. Thank you for that man. Your content is fantastic. I'll be here for the duration.
Funny enough. I feel like this might of been the first Raw I watched. There's a few thing in there I remember.
i'll give the point to the karate fighters scene! friends and I used the exact same toy!
Wish you used the classic RAW music for the intro.
16:20 that look when you realize you may have done a little more than pass gas :(
there are at least 59 people who need to get the sticks out of their butts! lol
Dam, RAw don't get No love smh...but I'm still enjoying tha show💯💯💯
Lawlers comment about Vince's costume is classic
The fact Nitro is up 5-1 but will still probably end up behind by double digits shows how massive of a drop in quality WCW was in its final years
Legendary 💩
How could you dislike this ...
Lovin this series. First time Ive actually disagreed with the scoring, ha. I had RAW getting the W this week. Horseman promo & Jannetty match was a tie for me
Personally love Goldust and he had some excellent matches but WWE were lucky with that. Could have EASILY fallen into the category of embarassing mid-90s gimmicks if Rhodes wasn't such a great wrestler
ALfirstrs should consider talking about the ruthless agression era bcuz the monday night wars and the attitude era has been discussed a lot of times on youtube by wrestling youtubers and its getting really boring
These nitro vs raw videos are the best thing on ALfirst
Sting and Flair vs. Arn Anderson and Brian Pillman was great.
The intro just brought back so many memories 😩👌🏾
sabu feels no pain!!! man i love this series!
I Will Now Attempt Mathematics on Binge Watching This Series and Producing it: 291 Nights * 2 For Each Show = 582 Episodes. Assumeing the Worst Case Scenario that Each Episode is 3 Hours Long Each= 582 * 3 = 1746 Hours of Wrestling Unless I made a Mistake in the Calculations. Will take 73 Days of Straight Binge Watching to get through it as: 1746/24 hours = 72.75 (rounding up to 73 Days. Might as Well) tl;dr Wrestling Bios will be Employed and Have a Series for a VERY VERY VERY Long Time! P.S. 8/291 = 2% completion of the Original Monday Night Wars Anime.
Here's a thought: To perhaps alleviate the issue of trying to decide between two lackluster segments, why not either just give a tie or 0 points? Just a suggestion.
The writ joke was probably his riff on "True Grit," where John Wayne talks about a rat writ.
Wwf was real top heavy back then
Keep up the series. Not only you’re my favorite wrestling channel but one of my favorite channels period. It’s because of the great analysis you provide and a chance for me to relive my childhood. Much love for ya man!
Bischoff said Guerrero beating Pittman was an upset because in reality he was a greco roman wrestling champion and MMA fighter, Guerrero isn't in his league.
Raw smashed nitro this week can't wait for more good times!
Jim Cornette video please!!
The sad thing is that the current score isn't because WCW was that much better, but because WWF was the much worse
Ric Flair actually said: "Whether you like it! or you don't like it! Learn by God to love it! Because it's... The... Best... Thing.... Going.... TODAY!"
Yes another episode 🍻🇨🇦
The RE4 reference classic 😂😂😂😂
Wow!! Episode 8 already!!! I LOVE this series!!! I actually look forward to it as much as I actually looked forward to Nitro at the time you're covering!!!
I remember when Ahmed slammed Yokozuna
I'm enjoying these videos. I'm looking forward to seeing how the 'belt in the bin' episode of Nitro compared to that night's Raw.
You should do the first episode of AEW Dynamite vs NXT
The intro is fuckn insane!! 🔥🔥🔥🔥
My favorite raw intro song ever
I can't wait until you get to the Attitude Era.
That Randy Savage elbow was abysmal.
Awesome video as usual. You should try to time the releasing of these videos to Monday nights at like 8 or 9 EST US when everything aired “live”
The only episodes wwe are winning is when wcw is horrendous for that particular week. The production is sooo much better on wcw as well.
I don't really like these videos but I watch them to support start making new videos
Man I'm digging reliving the war
Here we have Doc Hendrix looking like the President of the United States. And the screen shot that followed. Dead
This is actually the best series I’ve found on ALfirst to date and I got at least hundred thousands of hours on here 🥇🥇🥇🏆🏆🏆 keep up the great work buddy
Vince's costume was great coming of the steroid trail he let his nuts hang on the feds
disco inferno was more over then every current wrestler in north America
Might as well give the 2 ties to raw to make this more interesting rip
Wwe 4 pts behind? I really hope they can catch up ? Lol love the show 😁
A little late but I'm calling a hulk Hogan promo win for nitro!! 😁😁
No Hogan promo= nitro loss!! 😂😂
Really enjoying this series keep up up the good work! Maybe we could get a fan poll for each week to vote who we thought was better to break ties or compare with your scoring.
I don't know why it irks me so much but it's- Yet-E
I hope every time bishoff mentions the results of raw wcw loses a point cause its wasn't good business it was just scummy i hated it during the time and more looking back
This is just bloody brilliant.
The effort put in is ridiculous - no idea how you put the time and patience into this. 👍🤝
Anyone else wondering what a Smoking Gunns vs American Males match would have been like?
Scott Norton was seriously underused and underrated
I must say as a fan of rasslin in the late 90’s and early 2000’s, your documentaries are spot on. Thank you for allowing me to relive the nostalgia days of my preteens.
I love this series. I was a loyal raw fan and didn't switch the channel very often, so it's alot of fun to relive the raw side and to see the nitro side for the first time. Keep up the great work and like everyone else, i cant wait for 97
I can't wait 4 98 - 01
Definitely keep going with this series, already i have been watching The Great War and Timeghost's World War 2 in real time series where they cover the said conflicts week by week so it's great to see the Monday Night Wars covered in the similar way :D
Love seeing these results. I can't help but feel like Nitro is in control from the start and will most likely remain until the fingerpoke of doom...
Highlight of my week! Keep these coming !!!
On the still of BB at 16:20ish looks like he’s crying and saying he’s gonna take his ball home
ok when ya mentioned resi 4 that made me laugh
I am definitely loving this series!!! Got me locked in
7:50 To be fair: As a little Kid: I really dam want those Karate-Toys (never got one D: )
I had a few of them.
I had that exact same toy.
@10:08 Hey, that Joe Dorgan guy ain't no mizark, daddy!
Shocking what they done with John Tenta during this time. The Shark? It’s absolutely ludicrous!
When he first arrived in WCW, he was known as Avalanche, lol.
Never thought much about it at the time, but looking back, how awesome was the theme tune for Goldust? It’s stunning!
Amazing series!
when it comes to the score, i think point for point is ok till its main event time.T he the main event should be be a liitle more important maybe 2 points or maybe the tie breaker idk i think it makes it a little more how you would fell at the end if you watched it.
Wwe needs to let Bobby lashley be wwe champion he deserves it
I'm pretty sure Hart said he was the only manager Kevin Sullivan ever had, not Hogan, but that it was his past..referring to Memphis Wrestling and the Giant was the future. Just an observation.
Another great reliving the war episode can't wait til this series gets really good
The Flair/Horseman promo made perfect sense. This is one of those times when they aren’t gonna spell it out for you. Flair and Arn spent months looking for a new Horseman in Pilman, and duped Sting into helping Flair at HH all to make a point, they were back. Keep in mind all of 94 and 95 we hadn’t seen the Horsemen and this was their return.
I appreciate this series so much, it takes the hustle and bustle of this world for a bit. You have no idea what it has done mentally for me.
This is great stuff bro...I have been following along now! Watching Raw and Nitro before the episode drops. I'm completely invested in this show
The Shark looks more like a babyface than a heel
