Underrated channel. This guy has put in A LOT OF WORK in just over a year.
That was tight
I watched his interview with joe Rogan one Joe’s podcast and it was great! He talked about that fuckin egg, and it was hilarious.
You are very good at these videos. For someone that uses almost zero video you always keep me interested
the undertaker, jake the snake, hulk hogan and the macho man are all my favorites. They are all legends.
I saw the Undertaker live a few times in the later years of his career, but, he was just as amazing then as he was in the 90s+.
Thank you for correctly citing his first match. A lot of people disagree to his first match- Leonard Inzitari aka Mario Mancini
Mark gallows himself said he hates that match with giant gonzales.
The dead man aka under taker
@wrestlingbios thank you for your great content
the undertaker is the absolute GOAT in my eyes.
The Undertaker is the wrestler who got me into wrestling at a very young kid. He is the greatest of all time
The way each incarnation of his character was memorable in its own way is why I think he, rather than Hulk, Rock, or Austin made the biggest impact in wrestling. Every version of him is memorable and stands out. Meanwhile how many people remember Austin’s Ringmaster? Or Rocky Maivia?
the original undertaker sketch looks like a serial killer
Undertaker's best work wouldn't come until later but these early years were so groundbreaking and revolutionary for the wrestling business, his character wasn't like your typical "babyface" who was the man of people providing the feel good moment for them, when he came out with Paul Bearer, it was huge and you knew something big was going down. He was a man of few words but he made you listen when he did speak, everything about the presentation was done to perfection and Mark Calaway was the right guy to bring it to life.
The most humble wrestler
Wow.... Damien Dimento. I forgot about him!
"...from Death Valley, weighing in at 328 pounds, The Gobbledy-Taker!"
Interestingly when he was counted out at the survivor series, he wasn't actually the legal man. He tagged out, and then went to beat up Rhodes, and was declared to be counted out.
That Tombstone to Koko looked so goddamn devastating
When you realize kane was more like under taker, and kane was more like Abel. Go figure kaybe
The rich flair interview after the 92 rumble is the best and.funniest thing I have ever seen
phenomenal
I was 11 when me and my friends watched the Survivor Series in '90, and saw the Dead Man awaken in the then WWF. Everyone was talking about him the next day. This video is a fecking brilliant lookback at the pivotal incidents in the very early days. I remember being genuinely freaked out by the Ultimate Warrior being locked in the casket at the Funeral Parlor. It was genuinely creepy stuff at the time. The ensuing vignettes too, with Jake Roberts "preparing" Warrior for an Undertaker encounter are still some of my favourite moments from that timeline in wwe. "Bury me Snakeman!!!!!!" Thanks so much for putting all this together. Ive been binging on these lately, and they are a fantastic way to recap and remember everyting. Brilliant stuff.
I really enjoyed the videos I watched of yours. I shall subscribe.
I was lucky enough to have a vhs copy of the survivor series 1990 when I was a kid.
when he said some fans think of....of john cena even hahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahaha.come on don`t do him like that

The phenom is not frightened he infact reap the souls which are wizard and who are with cruel intentions
The Undertaker’s (Mark’s) career represents the perfect synergy between staying in character and influencing events with a sense of purpose, harmony, and nuance while maintaining a marvelous sense of showmanship and believability. His relationship and level of respect from the wrestlers he’s worked with should certainly factor in to where he ranks among the greatest of all time. In my opinion, he is undoubtedly deserving of being in the top 3 at very least. He was remarkable, and so subtly remarkable that it takes deep consideration to realize he may be the greatest ever. When you think about it, he deserves to be in that discussion
That wrestlemania 9 entrance was so fuckin cool he should of done it again
Where can I find what website that lists the wrestlers opponents and dates such as shown on this video?
Some people may even think of Ric Flair! The Greatest of All Time! Limousine riding, jet plane flying, kiss stealing son of a gun!
Hes what got me into wrestling as a kid...early on...probably 91. I was a huge horror movie fan, especially the old universal stuff so it was natural that this gimmick drew me in. My favorite, probably for nostalgic reasons, are his start with Paul Bearer probably up to the fake Debiase undertaker and his return in purple. I loved the no sells and his Michael Myers "sit up" move...it was right up my alley as a kid.
Noone with 1/4 of a brain in their head enjoyed Gonzales V Taker at Mania 9. Noone.
I'm sure you've answered this in peecious comments, but I'm both being lazy and someone curious if you'll respond. You said Brian Christopher beat Taker in both their USWA matches, but it reads that their first match on the screen was a double DQ? Did you just mean he retained his title in both contests? But anyways, your videos are awesome. I've watch a majority of them several times. I literally check my phone like a crazy person every Wednesday for your Monday Night War series. It's just too sweeeeeeet!
I think of Sting when I think of wrestling
#thankyoutaker
He had the greatest gimmick, at the moment a better word doesnt come to mind. You were the best, and I'm a Brett Hart, Goldberg fan.
I wonder how Takers match with Gonzales at Summerslam would have gone down had it happened at Wrestlemania instead of what we got there?
I'll admit when I was a kid in the early 90s I wondered how undertaker ever lost a match, the guy seemed scary as hell
This version of The Undertaker is my #1 all time favorite, The Western Mortician 90'-94' gimmick. I know alot of people like The Ministry of Darkness version, but that version was too satanic for me. My 2nd Undertaker would be The DeadMan 94'-96' gimmick
Yea, that's when the fam switched over to Nitro, Grandma said it "was too satanic" 😆😆
Actually really annoyed Kamala only ever got 4,5 minute matches with Taker. He deserved more than that.
Taker 4life
Undertaker got a pretty nice pop when he won the title from Hogan at 91 Survivor Series, even though he was a heel.
VERY ENTERTAINING!
Your channel is phenomenal, keep up the great work bro..
I miss the old undertaker
it's funny - when you are a kid, the undertaker is such a frightening figure - but we loved him!
This is the best period of the undertakers career. Athletic, scary, brilliant.
Really and still not in hall of fame wow amazing
The narrator says the comments will fill up with people saying the WM 9 match with Giant Gonzalez was great. My question? Is there anyone who did enjoy it? Why? I'd just really like to know.
No Undertaker = No WWE/WWF
Never forgot Taker vs Yokozuna..he was so badass that the rest of the roster assisted Yoko with the casket.
The best wwf/e roster member of all time. wrestled in all era. what a legend. Tim Duncan of wrestling
I was born the day before survivor series 1990! Hes my favorite always will be.
I was 7 when the TV body bag match with ultimate warrior. I cried, terrified he had killed ultimate warrior. Since that day I was a terrified fan of undertaker. He's the only reason I still paid attention to WWE into my 30s. Love me some Taker!
The only good thing about the match with Giant Gonzales was 'Takers entrance.
Dude Giant Gonzalez Vs Undertaker was TERRIBLE!
Undertaker is my favorite wrestler ever
R.I.P
the greatest WWE legend bar none. The greatest gimmick in all of pro wrestling. The most respected. The Undertaker personifies everything what WWE is all about. Everything that Vince visioned his company to be, you can pretty much get it all and sum it all up with everything that is The Undertaker. Undertaker basically IS WWE if you think about. Everything you think about in regards to WWE, Undertaker represents it all.
What’s the intro song ?
All the guys wcw "dropped the ball on"... Smh.
I always wanted to see a papa shango vs undertaker fued.
Fully agree Undertaker never needed a title to be over. Same reason Andre rarely ever held the belt either. The guy's presence was enough of his draw.
This is awesome! Thank you for doing this.
Your best video
Keep up the great work. I really appreciate your approach.
I wish they gave him the gobbledy gooker gimmick instead.
Picture Undertaker in a horror movie like Kane I think that would be creepy to me lol I never understood why you never made one anyway
For some reason, I remember the whole WM9 match being cut from the original, live, PPV.
Dear Friend, As always you are sensational @ what you are doing for your fellow wrestling fans. I also heard that Good Ole J.R. enjoys what you are doing, and I feel if that is the case then as wrestling fans that's better than being knighted by the Queen of England. I'm so very sorry about all the mess You Tube brought up about 1 of your films. I personally find nothing wrong with what you are doing for all of us who are loyal and faithful fans of the world of Big Time Wrestling. Thank you ever so much for your time and effort in what you are doing. Take care. 😀👍😀👍😀👍😀👍😀👍😀👍😀👍😀👍😀👍
Good. I am loving this series Next I am sure will be 1. The Grim Reaper Era 94-96 2. The Lord of Darkness 96-98 3. Ministry of Darkness 98-99 4. American Badass 2000-01 5. Big Evil 2002-03 6. Deadman 2004-06 7. Phenom/Last Outlaw 2007-present
It is crazy how loyal he stayed
Plz have more
Thank you as always
I loved his early 90's character the best
The GOAT
I was born in 84 and remember the first time seeing him as a kid, he was genuinely terrifying lol
Great retrospective as always, it just warms my heart, I lived through all of this and the mystique this "Undertaker" character had was amazing back during those days. Back when wrestling was wrestling and it was fun and you cared about the matches, the ppvs and the belts, today all of that is gone..............it's there yes but it doesn't mean much........
Bruce Prichard may take credit for coming up with the Undertaker character, but anybody who doesn't think it was inspired by the tall man from the Phantasm series needs to have their head examined.
i appreciate the undertaker had to evolve his character but you cant beat early years undertaker.
One thing that always confuses me as a kid was the 2 undertakers scenario. Who played the other undertaker . I was worried at the time we'd be left with the wrong undertaker. I couldn't tell them apart. No one could .
Undertaker =wwe worst wrestler ever
You are really good at trolling aren't you
I'll be right here.
my favorite wwe wrestler right here
i don’t know undertaker in the king of the ring in 1992 i miss that
Undertaker is the man in wrestling
Amazing how most of us wrestling fans already know the story in more detail than you gave us and we still watch it . Undertaker gimmick is basicly its own person at this point
U know I remember back in 93 when WWF/WWE used to come in Long Beach and I remember seeing the Undertaker with some other guy I believe Krush that was amazing 😉 and I always wondered what happened to Koco Beware and can u do one on Jacqueline thx 🙏
Who remembers when He hung big boss man RIP Paul Bearer Long live streak 24-2
Can you do the bio of Gino Hernandez or....?
As always your retrospective look is awesome.
Looking forward to the rest of this series
Awesome, cant wait for the next taker video
You sir, have single handedly renewed my interest in pro wrestling. Thank you for these amazing videos that take me back to the best parts of my childhood.
